Can ONLY use physical card to book or add driver. Extremely inconvenient and impractical. Great company that needs to upgrade basic services. But this inconvenience is a big one, so cannot recommend until they sort this out. (I had to drive 4 hr return trip to add another driver to the hire because they would only accept the physical card at office to make the adjustment.)

Best and fastest car rental service ever! Arrived at Sydney International this morning and booked online with full insurance for 3 days - Great Deal. Called the 1800 number, walked to pick-up point Bay 22, and the shuttle arrived right on time. Dropped at King Street Car Park, took the lift to Level 5, and walked into the Apex office where 4–5 staff were working. They said they would refund me immediately, but two weeks have passed and no matter how many times I contact them, they have not responded at all. If you accidentally get charged for parking when leaving a rental car parking area on the East Coast, don't pay and call immediately, even if there's a line of cars behind you.
