Truck driver driving 4011 on 04/28/2024 at 7pm on the 210 freeway west switched lanes nearly hitting a vehicle driving in front of me. The driver of the vehicle in front of me had to slam on their brakes and switch lanes to avoid being hit. There was zero need for lane change by the truck driver and no blinker at any point from the driver to signal need or want for lane change. As we passed her, she was picking at her face. You all need to check your drivers before they kill someone.
