We recently hired Skip and his crew from Apex Building to replace the decking and refurbish the railings on our two balconies. They completed the work on time and on budget, were conscientious about moving materials through the house, kept us in the loop about any changes, cleaned up everything after completing the work, and were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I had Apex build a small addition onto my house. Skip and his crew completed the job in workmanlike fashion and within budget. I am very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use Apex again.

I am very pleased with Apex Building and Development. Skip and his crew constructed an RV platform and gravel driveway on my property and the end result was absolutely amazing. Everything he said he was going to do, prior to him beginning this project, was completed. I happened to be home on my lunch break when the inspectors showed up and they were very pleased and overwhelmed by the attention to detail that Skip put into this project. Be aware of Skip’s open ended contracts. He does not give completion dates, which allowed him more than 3 mos to complete a covered patio. He uses leftover materials from other jobs. He has a hard time keeping a crew to work. Constantly searching for ways to up-charge you after he has started job. Does finish work the way he wants and not to customers expectations. Make sure you’re present for all inspections so he does not persuade the inspector to look beyond scope of work he is doing to create extra work/income for himsel... read more
