APEX in Nokomis, FL has an amazing team of fitness instructors and the facility is the cleanest gym I've ever been! Highly recommend if you're planning to get in shape with small group classes.

This is a nice place to exercising. I received a good customer service and there are many machines and spaces to use depends of your proposes.
Went to a boxing fitness class today taught by Kane and it was awesome. Learned proper technique, got a good sweat in, and left feeling stronger. The front desk staff is amazing, the gym is clean and stocked with equipment, and the first class was free. We will be incorporating Apex into our weekly routine.
