I couldn’t be more impressed with the speed and efficiency of Apex Autowerks. I dropped my car off on Friday morning, and by the end of the day, it was good as new! What stood out to me the most was their communication. They kept me updated throughout the day. John is a pro at what he does, and his team is a great reflection of his skills and dedication. They’ve got the whole customer experience down—from quick repairs to making sure you feel taken care of. Highly recommend!
A super big thank you to the amazing team at Apex. I am beyond grateful for the tireless effort they put in. I originally brought in my 2018 Porsche Macan GTS for a steady cel light. Several trouble codes popped up with random misfires suggesting camshaft issues. John did work on my MK6 Golf TDI about a year ago and it has been absolutely solid - couldn't be happier with it. I recently brought it in to be serviced and they diagnosed and repaired it quickly and John made sure to keep me in the loop as he was working on it. Not sure there is any better shop in New Jersey. Thanks fellas.
Highly highly recommend. I had my Macan in for an oil change and sunroof drain cleaning, and they did an excellent job of inspecting the entire car, with pictures. Carlos explained everything in detail before any work was done, and the work was excellent. I also know from the inspection what to include in the next service. Wish I had known about them years ago.
10 out of 10 experience working with John and Carlos. They took care of my classic 996 turbo S and looked over it with a fine tooth comb. I was unable to pick the car up and John was able to drive it to my house due to scheduling conflicts. I will not go anywhere else. Looking forward to in the future doing a major job welding all of the coolant lines on my 996 as well as bringing my other cars there for a health check.
