Gary is one of the best mechanics that I have ever met. Not only is a knowledgeable, but he is honest and fair. The man is old school, and he expects respect for you are dealing with him and his employees. In return, he will show you the same respect and patience. I have noticed while waiting in his office, how rude certain people can be whether on the phone or in person while speaking with him. I have been repairing every car owed in my household for years…but I will never go back to after my family’s most recent experience. We put our trust in his expertise, as always, no questions asked, he quoted we scheduled and left the car for repairs. Rude on the phone while requesting automotive services, I stated my question clearly and repeated myself. It comes to a point as a business that serves people should know people skills, it’s sad in this day and age that people that run businesses and deal with people on a day to day lack the common language and skills to carry a simple conversation.
