I have been repairing every car owed in my household for years…but I will never go back to after my family’s most recent experience. We put our trust in his expertise, as always, no questions asked, he quoted we scheduled and left the car for repairs. Rude on the phone while requesting automotive services, I stated my question clearly and repeated myself. It comes to a point as a business that serves people should know people skills, it’s sad in this day and age that people that run businesses and deal with people on a day to day lack the common language and skills to carry a simple conversation.
