I’ve taken my Volvo S60 R to Apex several times and think they are a fair priced and honest shop with good mechanics. Also, Audra is always awesome about keeping you updated on where things are at. I’m glad this shop is in town.
Traveling from Dallas the brake warning lights came on with 1500 more miles on our trip on Good Friday. With no Audi dealer on Flagstaff, we relied on Google for a vendor. Apex came well recommended and Audra convinced us to give them a go. We worked around the Easter and took the car on Monday and got it back as promised Tuesday.

Every service has been awesome! My car is running well, this has been a great comfort because I don’t have to drive my Audi to Scottsdale for service. She is purring😃
Very honest and straight to the point on services. They're not going to treat you like you dont know anything, very respectful. Qoute was on point. Very professional. Car came in for a water pump replacement, not an easy task. They handled it like pros and gave proper updates. Each person that helped me there was very courteous and respectful. Finally a reputable shop that I can entrust my money and ride(s) to. Thanks to Matt and his crew!!
