Attempted to get a quote for simple break repairs. I am assisting someone else. Asked me the make and model I said hold on a moment need to check his response was "you don't know what kind of car you drive...we're not interested" and hung up on me. Old man has the customer service instincts of a barn goat
They don’t really do their job, they just tell you to go somewhere else if you have anything wrong with your car. It was a struggle just getting an appointment and they cancelled when i asked if they would be willing to check the transmission fluid anytime sooner than a week later. Wouldn’t recommend — I only spoke to one person and they might’ve been having a bad day but still gave the energy of not running a trustworthy business, when his only reasoning was, “we haven’t seen your car before.” I just went to Bachetti’s inst... read more
As a mechanic and former Auto Shop owner, do not use this business.
Just had my breaks, oil change, and inspection completed here for the first time. Customer service was by far the best I have received at a mechanic in years. My car was returned to me in great condition and I will definitely return. Highly recommended.
