Horrible service! Bad customer service and zero basic human empathy and decency. Wouldn’t recommend at all!! Please go elsewhere!
Was traveling with a friend during a storm had the owner be absurdly rude, offensive, and unkind. There are likely better local options. <3
Was in town visiting a friend when I had trouble. Had my car towed there when this guy, Bob I'm pretty sure seemed to forget I had an appointment. Yelled at me to get my car off his lot, but it had already been dropped off and didn't start. He told me he didn't like the way it looked and wouldn't work on it anyway. Put me in a really bad situation. Would not reccomend no matter how desperate you might be.
Rude employees
I had an unexpected emergency while staying in town for my wife’s birthday. Late one night, I hit a pothole that dented a rim and caused a flat tire on her Volvo. I first went to Mavis because they confirmed over the phone that they had the tire I needed. When I arrived, they told me the rim was damaged and needed repair—but they didn’t have the equipment to fix it. APEX, located right across the street, was the next place I called.
