We had an unexpected warning light on a CRV. Bob at Apex had a mechanic check for codes and found the problem within minutes. Had they had the part, Apex would have replaced it that day. The job was done the next day and came in a bit below the estimate. Very friendly, professional,, and skillful. If I lived in the area, Apex Automotive would be my choice.
Visiting from out of town and we had an issue with the bumper. It was a holiday but they fit us straight in. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful and had us on our way in no time. Thank you so much, Apex.
THE OWNER IS TRULY INSANE - I had my car taken to Apex for a service. My insurance adjuster gave his analysis, told me what needed to be done, and suggested I call Apex to work out time frame and other non-insured details. When I called, the Apex the owner screamed at me! It was utterly irrational. When I asked why he was upset, he screamed, "Get your car off my lot!"
