I can’t believe how this place still functions. I had terrible experience with them, unprofessional, unethical and rude staff. They intimidated me, ruined my plans and caused a serious mental issues to my mom. I had urgent flight to catch and reserved a car online, came with all suitcases and important plans in a rush. I purchased my Jeep on December 12, 2025 and was told there was a recall, but that it was “nothing to worry about.” The seriousness of the 68C battery recall was never explained to me. I was never told not to charge the vehicle or that the recall involved a potential fire risk. The Jeep was delivered to me fully charged, which directly contradicts the recall guidance. I’m a rideshare driver/ and gig worker….. believe it or not I stumbled across this company Russia, desperation…… I absolutely love being a driver, but seriously hate how predatory the industry is specifically Uber and Lyft and most of the gig rental companies out there. Believe it or not they are one of the most reasonably priced options for gig worker who has very little upfront Cash.
