Came here to buy a vehicle had set up an appointment due to covid 19 which is their policy. They ended up selling it right before I got here to a random walk in. Any other time this would be fine but this was their policy and I followed them I drove and hour and a half three hours round trip to get turned down. Miss Blanco told me not to worry that I was priority since I did have the appointment. That was not the case. So much for appointment only. I didn’t end up buying a car, but this dealership was super friendly, low pressure, and not trying to nickel & dime. I ended up buying from fb market and had immediate issues (calculated risk). Highly recommend this place.
FINAL UPDATE: I wanted to add a follow-up to my previous review. After I posted my original update, the dealership continued working with me to make sure everything with my Jeep was fully taken care of. I also want to clarify that the issue I experienced was related to the Jeep 68C recall, not something caused by Apex. I can’t believe how this place still functions. I had terrible experience with them, unprofessional, unethical and rude staff. They intimidated me, ruined my plans and caused a serious mental issues to my mom. I had urgent flight to catch and reserved a car online, came with all suitcases and important plans in a rush. They kept me there for a few hours, said that my car is coming, another customer is fooled them and didn’t return the car. I trusted them and waited for it, and my family members as well.
