Apex Auto has a great standing reputation for quality mechanical and customer service. Safety is their number one priority. They understand the ebb of cash flow and have made many efforts to work, not only with me personally, but others in our community to keep them on the road. I use Apex exclusively for all my business related preventative maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend them.
I live here locally and bought tires for my car online because of the holiday season I couldn’t afford to buy them at the store. Long story short I called to see if they would balance and mount them and was told they won’t do that unless I bought the tires from them. So I guess this is where I take my money to the dalles. Check engine light came on just outside of Biggs. Was able to make it to Moro. Dan and his crew were so kind and helpful. Got the part we needed in record time and got us back on the road. Thank you Dan at Napa/Apex Auto and truck repair.
My son and I were making a long trek from Idaho to California. After leaving Moro, my engine light, brake light and others came on. I pulled over immediately. My son and I popped hood but didn't see a problem. We went back to town and stopped at Apex. They used a code reader and cleared then suggested I drive it a few times on a straight stretch just in case it was something more serious.
