Took my car in to have my spark plugs changed, they were really fast, I've taken my car into them in the past and I love the work that they do, and their prices are a lot better than where I was taking it. I'll continue taking my car there for my future needs. They even drove me home and picked me up when my car was done.
I had a great experience bringing my Mercedes to Apex. The man at front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. As someone who doesn’t understand much car terminology, I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me the issues with my car so I could better understand what was going on. That honesty and transparency made me feel comfortable and helped me trust them. Overall, amazing customer service and a team that genuinely cares about helping their customers!
The cover that protects the muffler was half off and dragging on the road. Aaron removed it and we didn’t replace it, since he felt it wasn’t that important.
The best auto shop! All staff are great!
Fast service at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
