I was told about Apex from some friends. Took my 2018 F150 there for some warranty work. I had read some reviews about Apex but I had no issue at all with them. The customer service is top notch. Very informative and helpful. The mechanics were great and my was repaired perfectly. Even threw in some extra stuff for me because they thought they took too long. I was without my truck for a week. Amazing service!!! Very customer service oriented, professional, quick but thorough and efficient. I was nervous bringing my Mercedes in to get some work done — but they did an exceptional job and went above and beyond. If you have a foreign car, you can trust them to get the job done for a fraction of the price!! Especially for those that are like me, and go straight to the dealership to get all work completed….Apex is a fine alternative especially if you’re interested in saving hundreds of dollars! I’ll be back.
They DESTROYED my vehicle. I went in for a bad thermostat and they were beyond helpfull. Changed that no problem. The next day my car breaks down again and I bring it to them. They took it in and seemed to go out of there way to fix it for me. Ultimatly making things so much worse. Mostly my vehicle Is no longer drivable, the ride hight control failed, There are no fans or heat, or defrost, The radio doesn't work, they let a mouse or some other rodent tear up the upholstery and God knows what else. Replaced main harness, replaced clutch components few wks ago had clutch cable adjustment done also they are awesome price reasonable would recommend them. dropping to 2 stars!!
