Absolutely the best repair shop in the area. They've helped me with everything from quick repairs to get me back on the road to advance diagnostics that take time to track down. Been utilizing their services for 6 years and will continue to do so. Not the cheapest repairs on earth, but you get what you pay for and I'm a big fan of buy once, cry once. This was without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had with an automotive repair shop. I say this as a parts manager from a dealership. I called to see if they could get my friends car in in an emergency situation, both Christine and Elaine were so kind and professional. Bringing your vehicle to Apex is like having your aunt or uncle work on your vehicle in their shop out back. And your aunt or uncle was a NASCAR pit crew mechanic. Great customer service, worked within my time frame, topped off fluids - checked battery - brakes - a few other odds and ends - oil and oil filter change for an affordable price. I think it’s common knowledge that you have to be aware of who you do business with when it comes to car maintenance and repair and these folks did well by me.
All Star Treatment! Recently I went into the dealership for a routine oil change and inspection. Mechanic at the dealership told me that the bolt on my oil pan was stripped and that I needed a whole new pan (they wanted to charge me $825 plus tax!)
