Great at fixing panels and paint...absolutely crap mechanical repairs...mechanical failure to brake and front end cv joint 9 months later due to failure to correctly fit new parts..
Always complete the work to the highest standard. Great customer service. The two main mechanics must be owners given how well they communicate and look after the customers. Highly recommended.
My car was taken here through my insurance RACQ. It was there for three weeks and not once did I get a call. I had to call numerous time for updates. They were waiting for a wheel, which they said would come the next day. I called, they said the day after. No communication with me at all. Even when my car was done, they didn’t call me. I called them. I didn’t have a choice but if you do - stay away.
