I had urgent problem and Apex solved it. During a visit to Colorado Springs visiting family, the family dog decided my hearing aids were a toy. All the ear plugs and filters were destroyed. With quick and friendly service the staff found the needed parts and had them back in perfect order. Great people and facility. Many thanks.

What an amazing experience! From the first phone conversation, I knew this was the correct choice for my hearing needs. Receptionist is absolutely on her game, knowledgeable, courteous, very accommodating to every patient either in the office waiting area or on the phone! Went in to get a new hook on my older hearing aid. The receptionist was very nice, professional, and took my hearing aid to the back, a few minutes later, she brought it back with a new hook installed. I was not changed anything for the service! I even asked to make sure, she said no. I will definitely be going back when it’s time for a new aid.
