Bill is always so patient and kind with my mom. The receptionist knows mom’s name as soon as we walk in and is always very helpful and attentive. The service is amazing. Totally recommend Apex for hearing aids.

I went in for ear wax removal. One ear has been clogged and the other had build up. He cleared out what he could and gave me tips moving forward to prevent this build up again. They were all very sweet and helpful, and he didn't even charge me for this. I'm very grateful!! Great team here.
