These people are fantastic. I never had hearing aids before. They answered all my concerns, did indepth hearing tests, recommend the hearing aid that would work best for me. Fast delivery of the aids and instructions on wearing them. They provide adjustments and cleanings for life for free. The audiologist is a very pleasant man who respected both my husband and me. OK long story short...I got my first pair of hearing aids from APEX about 3 years ago...left and went to Digicare and that wasn't right...came back to APEX... and just today I got the best pair of hearing aids!!! I'm soooO grateful to Bill and Ashley for taking me back and for being so good to me!!! They are like good friends. I'm with APEX now, for life!!! And these hearing aids ROCK!!!
