These two are incredible! Highly recommend. For sports performance or PT, you’re getting the best quality service.
Duffy and Whitney have been excellent in both rehabbing and preventing injuries for my daughter who is an elite track athlete. They have also worked to develop a training program focused on helping her to get stronger in areas necessary for her to become more competitive. Finally, their communication with my daughter has been very caring, effective and motivational . As a parent, they provide me with frequent status updates and engage me in the prpcess. I am very please with the results from Apex Atheletix.
