Alyssa is an incredible coach. As a Master yoga instructor I was really looking for a true professional instructor to teach me silks. I’ve been coming weekly for the last three months and have come so much further in my practice than I expected. The atmosphere of this studio is so incredibly uplifting, and I’m just so glad I found it. I highly recommend Alyssa no matter what level you are starting at. Her teaching methods are superb.
Justin is great at what he does. Has a great understanding of nutrition and how to get you to your goals!
If you’re looking for a more intimate personal gym experience, this is the place you want to be. I signed up for one aerial class, totally fell in love and have been coming ever since. Aerial Instructor/coach Nichoel, is very knowledgeable, experienced and is super sweet. Alyssa, co-owner and aerial head coach, always checks in with me to see how I’m doing, how I’m liking my classes, and my progress. Absolutely love Apex Athletics.
