My daughter has been taking aerial classes at Apex for about a year and absolutely loves it. Both Nichoel and Alyssa are knowledgeable, supportive, and make learning fun for the kids. The environment is welcoming and positive and it's been fun to watch her grow. It definitely feels like a family environment and I'd recommend to anyone wanting to try aerial, both kids and adults.
Alyssa is an incredible coach. As a Master yoga instructor I was really looking for a true professional instructor to teach me silks. I’ve been coming weekly for the last three months and have come so much further in my practice than I expected. The atmosphere of this studio is so incredibly uplifting, and I’m just so glad I found it. I highly recommend Alyssa no matter what level you are starting at. Her teaching methods are superb.
Justin is great at what he does. Has a great understanding of nutrition and how to get you to your goals!
If you’re looking for a more intimate personal gym experience, this is the place you want to be. I signed up for one aerial class, totally fell in love and have been coming ever since. Aerial Instructor/coach Nichoel, is very knowledgeable, experienced and is super sweet. Alyssa, co-owner and aerial head coach, always checks in with me to see how I’m doing, how I’m liking my classes, and my progress. Absolutely love Apex Athletics.
