If you’re looking for a more intimate personal gym experience, this is the place you want to be. I signed up for one aerial class, totally fell in love and have been coming ever since. Aerial Instructor/coach Nichoel, is very knowledgeable, experienced and is super sweet. Alyssa, co-owner and aerial head coach, always checks in with me to see how I’m doing, how I’m liking my classes, and my progress. Absolutely love Apex Athletics.

My 10 yr old daughter tried the Circus Camp and she fell in love with the various tricks she learned. My daughter was a natural with aerial and has decided to continue with private lessons. Thank you Alyssa
