DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had Apex Appliance out to repair my gas dryer. After 4 trips out, my dryer still did not work. The first time they looked at the dryer and determined it needed a new ignitor. A week later they came back to install. Didn't work. Next bright idea was to order a new thermostat. A week later they came back to install. Didn't work. The tech saw that the dryer would heat on time dry but not on sensor. He said the dryer was just tempermental. Terrible Service and Dishonest! DO NOT USE – I have used these guys a few times before and did not have a problem. I called recently about my dishwasher and they never showed up nor called. When I called to see where the tech was, (after being on hold for a long time) Devin told me the manager left a note for her stating my appliance repair company called to say they were sending another company to take care of it. 1. Could not be happier. – they were great ! they were on time and completed repair on refrigerator without any problems
Easy to work with They were a very pleasant company to work with. The company did not had the part on hand but they ordered the part and always set realistic expectations. Once the part came in they came right over. It was a very simple matter to correct and couldn't have taken more than 5 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and really acted like they were happy to help.
Apex Appliance - incompetent, or scam artists? – Is negative stars possible? Apex Appliance, sometimes known as Mike Rizzo, is a scam and a sham of a business. We were ensnared by them by our AHS home warranty, and they spent from February 7th until May 18th bleeding our contract, our patience and our time. They came out to repair a dishwasher after another company had pronounced it dead (not good enough for AHS).
