I called this company to fix my wall oven stove that failed me after a year of owning it. Technician that came was real nice and courteous and told me it was the igniter, which was a common thing he said. He replaced it with a ignitor for a different company but told me they are interchangeable so I said go ahead and install it. Everything worked great for 6 months and then July 4th weekend, for no reason at all, same problem happened.
