Unfortunately, this is a very bad review. I say unfortunately because they actually did a good job for us when we had their service for over 4 years. The problem appeared when we attempted to discontinue our service. While we had signed a 1 year contract with Apex Alarm Systems and happily used their service for over 4 years, when we contacted them in order to discontinue service they claimed that the contract was still in force and we would have to pay for 6 additional months of monitoring that we would not actually be usin... read more
Apex Alarm Systems is a wonderful company to work with, I personally have dealt with the owner of company over the last 30 years, they have installed security systems in my last two homes and my place of employment with never an issue. If a alarm went off in the middle of the night on a weekend, it was nice to have Mr. Pascucci's cell phone number when the need arises to call him to reassure me on the best way to handle the situation.
