Our A/C went out and I called and spoke with Leon about having someone come take a look. After sending him my info, hours went by and I never heard anything. I called to make sure he got my info and to request an ETA and was told he would call me back, never did. Another 2 hours went by and another gentleman showed up and while he did fix the AC, he did not give us a price until after everything was done, which seems unprofessional to me- what if it was something that could not be afforded? Leon is fast, friendly and honest! My AC went out after 8pm, I put a call in to Apex Air and within 20 minutes Leon was here. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it repaired quickly!! Highly recommend!!
