The chimney Sweep Cleaning was done quickly and professionally. I also had the team perform air duct cleaning, and I noticed better airflow the same day. I explained my situation regarding my personal health issues and asked if she could accommodate a better date for installation of our electric fireplace. At first she wasn't certain what she could do since my installation date had been postponed due to inclement weather conditions. Terrible customer service. I called to make an appointment 2 weeks ago to get both my dryer vent and air duct cleaning. when I made the call, I asked the woman that was scheduling the appointment if when they came to do it, they could tell me if it even needed to be done and if it did, do it. she said that yes, they could check for me when they got to my house and do it if they needed to be done.
