I had an appointment that required two technicians. Day one, only one tech showed up. I told the guy that your office confirmed that two techs were going to be sent to my building. From the inside, He did find a bird's nest clogging up the duck to the outside. Day two, finally two men came prepared to get up on the ladder to the third floor of my building to retrieve the next from the vent.
