We have used Apex for our dryer cleaning before and they had two workers and they cleaned the inside and the outside using a brush that spun as we have like a 20 vent leading to the outside. This time not only were they two hours late and no phone call, but now the technician said there might be a clog as it’s very little air flow. The dryer is hit as can be. Fantastic service! Nick and his co-worker arrived, took their shoes off, and went to work cleaning the dryer vent and gas fireplace. They were in and out in 15 minutes, explained everything they were doing. Super nice, too!!! We’d highly recommend this company!!
