We decided to contact Apex for a tune up on are old system because they are not a franchise and are neighbor recommended them. When I contacted the company I spoke with Jennifer she was amazing very kind and took the time to explain everything. I called Apex after being referred by Chat GPT and after being told that the compressor in my AC had gone out and that I needed a new AC unit. The Tech Seth @ Apex was very thorough when he explained that I did not need a new compressor or AC unit. I was so relieved because the other company wanted 6700 cash.
