My new AC company. I've tried the other's and was let down. I have multiple units and had to call Apex for 2 of them both times they where fast to respond the lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful (something I can't say for the lady who answered the phone for the other guys.) They where quick to come and check my units on both occasions. Can never get ahold of anyone. I place multiple calls in a week's time, as well as the online contact form with no response. Since I'm not local, I've had someone drive over to their establishment and hand them a cell phone in order to talk to them.
