After my initial purchase of soil i was unsatisfied with the product. I did not bother to contact the supplier because I was disappointed. I should have done so immediately. after reaching out to John I was treated with an exceptional amount of professionalism and kindness. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the quality of his product and the conduct of his business. I am impressed by how much care and concern he has for his customers.
Such a great experience. Myself and my contractor were talked down to buy their competitor just south. I was so upset on the way home. Pulled over and googled local landscape supply and got John on the phone. He was amazing and happily talked me through my options. I made a quick turn about and went to the yard where John walked me around the yard to show me what I was interested in (FYI - yes, washed, rounded pea gravel exists and it was 1/3 the price of the lower quality stuff from the competition). Repeat customer. Always a good experience. Quick and efficient ordering (on the phone), helpful in matching products to those we'd purchased previously. Drivers are awesome - friendly, also good with special needs kid, showing kid how the truck goes up and down - much appreciated!
