Zero stars. Jerry was extremely unprofessional and down right rude! My husband and I went in to look at a particular vehicle. When we first met Jerry he told us they had an accident in the vehicle and had to replace cosmetic parts totaling roughly $2,000.00 so he would not be willing to work with us on the price despite being about $1,500.00 over priced. Had a great experience with apex auto sales. I got a great ride for a great price! Only place to go in tifton!
Judging by how the owner of this company (or whomever is handling the Customer Service department) replies with very sarcastic responses and puts information on here for the public to see that is supposed to be a private matter between the business and customer, I'm somewhat skeptical to do business with.
Drove 2 hours to see vehicle and it was everything and more than me and my son expected. Professional and courteous is what Jerry and his business represents. Very happy and very pleased with our new addition to the family! 5 stars for sure Richard "Rick" Maguire Williston Fla
