We have been skiing at Deer Valley for over 20 years and have been dining at Apex and the other restraunts at The Montage since soon after it opened. In the past it was a dining experience that we looked forward to with high quality food, varied selection choices and an impeccable wait staff. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. Apex was my favorite restaurant visit during a week long trip to Park city, Utah. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the restaurant was not overcrowded with tourists . The drive to the location was beautiful and worth taking a bit of time. Highly recommend taking an evening to enjoy this spectacular location, and I will definitely return next time. I find myself in Park city.
This experience was phenomenal. All 15 of us could agree this was the best steak we have ever eaten. Our waiter Santoch was phenomenal he was super nice and respectful to us. The sous chef Alex came out to meet us such a great guy and his cooking skills are even better.
