Front desk/reception employee was condescending, apathetic, and rude. Seems like she either doesn't like her job or has a problem with her co-workers. It's a shame because the shop's manager was a delight. Either way, won't be returning or recommending. Hitting up Golden Rule instead.
I’d been nursing a bump on a lobe piercing from a different piercing studio for a few weeks when I finally decided to book a troubleshoot appointment. Lindsey took one look and immediately knew what the issue was. She told me what to do and two weeks later the bump is almost completely healed! Lindsey is personable and knowledgeable, 10/10!
Elo was fabulous, professional, and very good at their job. I was surprised that the nose piercing barely stung for a moment and was immediately soothed by both their presence and their soft finger tip in my nostril. I had very little discomfort afterwards - just a tiny bit of tingles and zero pain the next day. I will be back to get my ears pierced with seconds soon!
We've brought our daughter in for ear lobe piercings (with Jake and Faith) but I recently did a nose piercing with Faith. She made sure I understood everything and was comfortable. I've come back in to change out my post and she did a great job again. Making sure I knew what size I received and how my piercing was looking. I love coming in as the staff are always friendly/professional and the shop is always clean. I'll be coming back for future piercings!
I had a great experience at this piercing shop and during my appointment with Faith! I was able to make an appointment day of and both Chy at the front desk and Faith were detailed in their explanations of jewelry and aftercare, and while piercing, respectively. Turns out my thirds weren’t closed up after all and Faith was super patient when my left ear was being finicky:)
