We would like to thank Carlos Silva, our Maintenance Manager, for his recent work in our apartment. A few days later when we ran into Carlos, he asked us if everything was working okay. Carlos is always courteous, professional & friendly whenever we see him. We are thankful he is our Maintenance Manager at Aperture.
Once again Carlos comes through. Ordered and replaced the garbage disposal within days. Very pleasantly surprised- Carlos under promised, then over delivered. Thank you, Carlos!
I have lived in two different apartments at Aperture, and it's by far the best managed complex I have experienced in the Bay Area over the years. Both Miguel, the previous manager, and Melanie, current manager, are highly professional, excel at their jobs, and genuinely care about their residents. Both Carlos and Melanie are fantastic, making Aperture feel completely welcome and huge reason on why I decided to move forward with the lease!
