This facility is consistently understaffed or unstaffed at times. I have been there for slightly over a month and on 3 separate occasions there has not been a nurse on the floor for up to 5 hours after. Supposed shift change. The food is incredibly subpar and meals are served late and cold and often in styrofoam containers. They are so cheap, they don’t even have simple salt and pepper packets. After a tour of the facility, I was impress with the care and attentiveness from the nurses other workers of the facility. They truely care for all of their patients. I had such a pleasant tour from Nicole Escamilla, I can say would place my mother's care to them.

I’ve had the pleasure of working at this nursing home for some time now, and I can confidently say that since Aliya took over on March 1st, the positive changes have been incredible. The staff is dedicated, compassionate, and truly focused on providing the best care possible for our residents. We’ve seen improvements in the quality of care, communication, and overall atmosphere. I’m proud to be a part of this amazing team. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking a warm, caring environment for their loved ones.

The place is comfortable and clean. The nurses and CNA are really kind.
