Cannot possibly more highly recommend them, amazing customer service, speakers built really nicely that sound phenomenal. They use great components, no cheap crossover networks, they are well built. You cannot go wrong, they punch way above their price point.

Had an issue with an Energy E5 amp shutting down after appx 20 minutes of rocking my Polk R700 towers and R400 center. Spoke with company manager on the phone about possible reasons such as the Polk's being mis-labeled as 8ohm speakers when they are actually 4ohm but they agreed to switch my amp with a complete new one free of charge. I purchased a pair of RST MKii Super Tweeters from Aperion. They are certainly not the most expensive tweeters on the market, but they are not cheap either. But, after reading countless reviews where these tweeters improved the sound of Wharfdale, B&W, and other high-end speakers, I was convinced of their quality. I can't say enough about the quality of technical support and customer service that I recently experienced with Aperion Audio - and a good reason to work with direct-to-consumer (D2C) companies, particularly home entertainment systems. I had an issue with a late model Bravus subwoofer where the original parts were no longer available. We were able to isolate the problem, work with a current manufacturer to order a new amplifier, modify the cabinet to accept the new amp, and all of this in just a few weeks.
