Absolutely appalling experience. We came in from out of town, made a reservation, and were genuinely excited to try this place based on the menu and reviews. Instead, we were treated in a way that was humiliating, confusing, and completely unacceptable. After we were seated, the man serving us, a white guy with curly hair who later identified himself as the manager, looked at our IDs and abruptly said he could not serve us. Both of us had valid IDs. Absolutely heartbroken. We had been planning a trip to here all the way from Tn. We got to the restaurant and the ambiance was great, but our server was monotone from the get go, but we figured whatever the food is probably good. We ordered drinks and he asked for our IDs. (Very standard) he looks at our IDs and says he can’t serve us. He says it’s because he saw another ID in my wallet. I ask if he can scan the IDs because we are from out of town.
