I have had my 13, and 10 year olds coming over the summer to get some extra work and it has been great! Having been a HS coach for 17 years, I have seen and used a lot of training modalities, I can tell you APEC is unique. They make it fun for the kids using fun ways to get them work hard and train movement very effectively. The coach to kid ratio has been outstanding as well! As I write this review, my son and one other kid are being trained by a highly competent coach. Can’t say enough about this place!
According to our son… “Awesome Sauce” Seriously though the staff has always been so kind & informative to me. My son has attended a few different classes / groups and had contact with several trainers. All of them have been great. He has obtained quality information and a lot of growth through the services offered by APEC. Definitely recommend!
Both of my kids have been training here for the last two years and we have used the medical side as well. We have never had a negative experience. This is a great place to grow healthy kids. If your kiddo is an athlete, even better.
