I worked with Jake to install an Ethernet port in one of the rooms in my home. This was one of the best customer service experiences I had! The price was reasonable, the work was discreet, he cleaned up everything he did, and even offered to fix a silly electrical issue that I didn't even ask for in the house. He was professional, friendly, and the price was very reasonable for the work done. I found my forever electrician. I highly recommend!

Would give zero stars if possible. Our experience started off positive (Initial walk through and quote), but quickly turned into a nightmare. We were told the company would handle pulling the city permit—they did not. They were also supposed to complete the work in time for the city to connect our new electrical box to the transformer. APEC Electrical was hired to help with our kitchen remodel. They ended up correcting several safety issues which were discovered after starting the project. Thank you Austin for your great work and keeping my family safe by correcting the unsafe wiring. I will be asking them back for our next project. Thank you again.

Excellent service! Jake came out, fixed the problem quickly, and even went above and beyond with some extra work. I offered him a tip for his great service, but he kindly refused. I’m very happy with this company and will definitely use them again.
