I have a family member that recently used this company. They were EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! They are completely unaware of what good customer service is. They are suppose to be in the home improvement business, yet they don't want to listen to you the customer, AND they want their money up front before they complete the poor job that they are doing. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Look for a reputable company, this one IS NOT!
