Class fitness training seem okay. But I just wanted to know some prices to compare. Had to Make an appointment and go down there to find out. They make it seem like a secret. It's not a fight club. jk They were offering me a freebie to go. But I guess since I didn't sign up, they change their mind.... I wish them the best and good luck. Thanks

The gym and community are amazing!!! The trainers are on it, they take the time to make sure you understand the movements and why you are doing them. As a female weightlifting can be a little scary. NOT at Ape I am feeling stronger everyday and feeling better. I am grateful for the gym and the confidence I am gaining from being here. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get in better shape and learn about overall health. Angie Anderson
This is gym truly is a place where you can feel comfortable working out. I have met some of the nicest people and the bestest of friends. I always feel support and positivity. These coaches truly have the expertise and knowledge in everything they teach. There is a rhyme and reason for their madness. Thank you Ape Family!
Hands down the best gym I've been a part of! The type of training that I've been looking for, dynamic and explosive. The coaches and community are very welcoming, and I'm as strong as I've ever been in my life thanks to these workouts!
