Poor and lack of service or communication. I talked to Mike and set up a time frame for him to come out which is today. He is suppose to come out between 8-1130am. I woke up at 8 and saw he called at 5:30am and did not leave a voice mail. I was of course asleep, as most people are at this time on their day off. I called at 8am and left a message, no return call. I called again and left a message at 9am, no return call. My hot water tank needed replaced and I received a brand new updated wonderful hot water tank and let’s see the plumber was very efficient. Very very efficient. It was great. I would call this company for all my plumbing needs and it was same-day service that I received appreciate that very much right here before Thanksgiving
