Most of the staff was nice especially the Asian guy but there was one dude who was the person who checked us in and he was racist as helllll. I was confused because there was no elevator and we were on the fourth floor so I was kinda like how are we supposed to drag our luggage all the way up? So I stood there for a bit and this man goes “this is what we call STAIRS in english and this is DOOR in english” in the most condescending way as if i didnt know english at all (im east asian). Rooms are very basic and unwelcoming - not as indicated in their pictures. Hair found in our sheets that wasn't ours. Good central location. States they're a non-smoking hotel but smoke aromas were incredibly strong, presumably leaking in from another room through their ventilation system. The owner admitted there was a very concerning problem though failed to address it properly as promised.
