The front desk guy was horrible he wouldn't give is our room even after paying the deposit of $350. We have a receipt, the payment went throughout and he was telling us we can not go to our room we have to stay in the lobby and pee outside! He said we have to sleep in a chair! The hotel looked scary and small. We immediately left. Never book this hotel!
One of the worst hotel ever which I went. The Front Desk person was very rude & Racist. As soon as we reached the hotel the guy asked for the ID and a deposit of $350. I gave both the things to him and transaction got approved and he gave the receipt for that. And after 2 minutes he saying that I can’t allow you guys to check in because some problem occurred in the POS machine. Most of the staff was nice especially the Asian guy but there was one dude who was the person who checked us in and he was racist as helllll. I was confused because there was no elevator and we were on the fourth floor so I was kinda like how are we supposed to drag our luggage all the way up? So I stood there for a bit and this man goes “this is what we call STAIRS in english and this is DOOR in english” in the most condescending way as if i didnt know english at all (im east asian).
