Worst hotel ever when u reach there u start to regret every single second because of the staff working in the morning. Literally was said to leave during checkout horrible

Good location for the city. Hotel itself has no parking, but there is a parking garage across the road, costs 17 cad a day. Even if it looks closed, drive fown the entrance and the door will open. Take your parking ticket with u, ull need it to get back inside! Now for the hotel... the room looks nice, but on the 4th flour there was a weird smell, it was worse inside the room(before we even stepped in). The place has no elevator and we stayed for 3 nights and did get service once

It's the baddest experience I have ever had in my life with a hotel , the service is 0 and the people working there are not professional at all , they want to make money without any service , they took my stuff and I'm already in the room and they put it out , they told me to pay extra money !!! Sooo embraaassiiiinggg

C’est la plus mauvaise expérience dans ma vie j’ai jamais vu un hôtel pareil je voulais prendre une douche je trouve pas de l’eau chaude il y’a seulement l’eau froide !!!!!! la dame de la réception est rentré dans ma chambre à prix tout mes affaires et elle les a mis dehors !!!!! Elle dit qu’elle croyait que je vais sortir y’a beaucoup d’affaire qui était dans ma chambre que je ne trouve pas !!!!!!! Puis elle me dit si tu n'ai pas contente va chez la police !!!!
