Excellent, friendly service. Helped fix the lights on our caravan. Quick and knowledgeable.
Usb and 12V outlets were not working in my 2015 HRV the lads at APD tested all the fuses as I couldn't locate them under the dash , they were very thorough and friendly. Turned out it was operator error! Would certainly go back if indeed I have a real fault next time.
I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. They’ve gone above and beyond for me more than once — instead of throwing expensive guesses at a problem, they gave me honest alternatives and straight answers. No upselling, no talking down to me, no treating me like a fool, no BS. Just genuine respect and solid help. We were having some issues with our car. I made contact with them in the morning and they were able to fit us in on the same day. We drove the car in around lunch time and we had 3 people looking at our car within 5 mins of pulling up. Our car issues have now been rectified. They all had great communication, very honest and reliable. Just genuinely a great bunch of people. Highly recommend the team at APD. Thanks again guys much appreciated.
