How sad to arrive at a business that is open to the general public and because you don't know the language they don't want to serve you. I arrived and asked if they spoke Spanish. I understand a little of the language when they talk to me but I don't speak it well. So I just asked if they spoke Spanish and the answer was from a white man, already an adult, approximately 60 years old, who serves the place, he told me that we are in China and I said I speak Chinese. I needed a part for my 20 year old washing machine. They had the part for a reasonable price in stock. So I was able to purchase it and replace it myself that day. The clerk was courteous and helpful too.
