Poor communication. Promises to look at a job and no sign. Will try and source another plumber, by far the worse tradesmen. Find it very hard to find an honest plumber. If busy just tell the truth and the customer can find someone else.
Excellent service once again. Needed a radiator fitted and called Ross, unfortunately he was up to his eyes, but he kindly gave me the number of another plumber. Other plumber turned up when he said he would and completed the job to an excellent standard 😄 Great to know there are still tradespeople you can rely on and will go out of their way to help. These guys don’t leave you sitting in all day and not show up. Can’t recommend Ross enough.
cannot rate Ross highly enough .he stepped up to the mark when my own plumber let me down.arrived when he said he would and kept me informed ofwhat was happening would reccomend to friends and family
