Bad to work with. Not flexible at all
I’ve been disappointed with some of the maintenance and follow-up in this building. For example, the air conditioning in the gym has been out of service for almost three weeks — right in the middle of summer. This makes the space extremely uncomfortable and basically unusable for residents, especially during hot days. When you buy into a condo, part of what you’re paying for are the amenities, and it’s frustrating when such a basic issue isn’t addressed in a timely manner.
