Horrible customer service. APCO Alarm service took more than 1 month to repair a seemingly trivial issue. Multiple delayed trips by incompetent service personnel- had to call many times and leave work on multiple days to meet them home in order to get the service done. First tech was unprepared and did half the job- had to call again- second trip person came with half what he needed- had to come days later with remaining stuff- then I got charged generously for that lousy service. Before calling these guys I tried buying a set of Hd security cameras from Costco and installing it myself ... Big headache! So I called around to get pricing to get security cameras installed. The Security camera crew had the best pricing w the cameras so I returned the ones I got from Costco. These guys are awesome. They installed the cameras in our office with ease and they did an amazing job. Scott and Tyler set up all the cameras to our liking as well as set up and showed us how to use the camera app on our iPad/ iPhone... read more
