My refrigerator is working fine, but the ice maker switch was broken. I've used Apco often enough for various repairs that I know the woman who answers the phone. Actually, this is a mother-son (plus others) business. Dave always tries to isolate the actual component that isn't working - the switch - where Sears or the other big repair services would want to replace the entire icemaker. David the technician is great. He's professional and very thorough. He explains everything to you on what he did and even shows you. We've been using APCO for the past 2 years on our appliances and AC and I HIGHLY recommend them.
