We have been an alarm monitoring client of APC Alarm for three years. Every time an alarm was triggered, we received a phone call from APC’s monitoring centre within 30 seconds. Their operators are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. APC also installed the security cameras for us. They did a good job following up after the installation, and gave us clear instruction on how to operate the system. Recommended to all.
