If you get a guy named CJ. Don’t waste your time. He ceased communication after my insurance would only cover for a leak repair instead of a roof replacement. Came up with a BS excuse that my paperwork needed to be changed; apparently that takes 2-3 months to do. My home was taking in water and I had called and texted (various times) making it clear that I was desperate to get it fixed. I received top quality customer service from APC’s Joe Tamburino, who is very professional and courteous. He explained in simple details what the problem was, how he corrected it, and what my options were going forward. I appreciate that his professionalism made me feel less overwhelmed about our leaking roof issue.
I was referred to Joe Tamburino by a very good friend of mine who is a realtor that works with him consistently. I cannot express enough how wonderful it was to have him come out!
