My first visit with the primary care doctor was actually very positive, which is the reason I continued going to this practice despite several concerns that came up afterward. Probably one of the most useless primary care facilities I have ever been to. Only go here if you need RX refills. Even their refferals are a nightmare . Staff is untrained, and the medical staff has limited medical knowledge to actually be able to help you properly. Additionally Was reffered to the wrong facility then, I was told I need to research what facilities accept my insurance so they can refer me there... At this point are they even necessary for a referral?
Am 55 yrs old and have had my share of good and bad Dr.s but Dr. Gunnar Nelson is one of the best I have ever had. The staff is amazing and helpful and for the first time in my life it’s a pleasure to finally go to a great Dr. and staff. Thank you
