Probably one of the most useless primary care facilities I have ever been to. Only go here if you need RX refills. Even their refferals are a nightmare . Staff is untrained, and the medical staff has limited medical knowledge to actually be able to help you properly. Additionally Was reffered to the wrong facility then, I was told I need to research what facilities accept my insurance so they can refer me there... At this point are they even necessary for a referral?
Am 55 yrs old and have had my share of good and bad Dr.s but Dr. Gunnar Nelson is one of the best I have ever had. The staff is amazing and helpful and for the first time in my life it’s a pleasure to finally go to a great Dr. and staff. Thank you
I have copd I went to go to doctor Nelson's office I had to park 5 doors down by the time I got to his office I had a hell of a job breathing an all the receptionist (Brittney) all she could ask me is if I had a copay, I couldn't breathe an right away instead of checking on me she asks about a copay then when I got my breathing back I asked if the receptionist could fill out the handicap tag paper an she said it would cost 35 dollars for her signature an honestly I think It was a mistake going to this doctor .
