APC Postal Logistics completely lost my package and has provided zero accountability. To make matters worse, they are refusing to refund my shipping costs. Their customer service is unhelpful and completely shifts blame. If you want your items to actually arrive and your money to be protected, do not use this shipping service. Absolutely terrible experience.
Please be aware not recommended company at all!!!!!!!! If you buy something don’t accept to delivery by this company!!!!! Bad service + no one replying to emails + my shipment registered since 30-aug and until 16-sep no updates at all? Do you shipment through ship or what ????
Extremely poor shipping experience. My order took over a month and was eventually lost. The replacement is now delayed again with no clear updates. APC Postal Logistics is unreliable and very slow. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend ordering unless shipping is improved.
Justin was very helpful in getting my international shipping setup. We off to the races!
