I had some mice problem they put some stuff the mice died few months later mice came back called them up as it was still in the 6 month warranty they said they will get back to me here I am 2 weeks later and still nothing no call to say they are or not coming very disappointed I'm not calling them back time to look for another pest company I guess they don't like doing warranty work 😔
Very good customer service. They came back twice to fix rat problem in my rental property. No questions asked.
It’s a complete waste of money because they don’t really do much to resolve the problem. Making a service call during warranty period is like pulling teeth, not to mention getting yelled at bcoz it costs them gas etc! They make it sound like they’re doing you a a huge favour, when they actually charge you upfront! We got totally frustrated and ended up paying twice by calling a different company whose service and communication is remarkable!
BEWARE! They are liars and don't fall for them. I hired them in January for the mice problem at our house. They said 6 months warranty. In the meantime in April, we got rats problem and they charged us $400 extra to get rid of rats on top of what I paid them to get rid of mice. Mice and rat problem were both present in April but they said they will treat rat problem first and will fix mice problem after rat problem is fixed. That took them to july.
