I had a terrible experience with APC. Part was my fault (i.e. I didn't ask for a detailed total cost quote, I didn't ask to see the product they recommended, I didn't reject the load when it was delivered), part was theirs, but they would never admit it. They charged me $ 1,000 more than it should have cost for two loads of gravel to repair my driveway. Of course they took no responsibility for the misunderstanding.
